Q.  How long it takes to deliver my order?

A.  Delivery time depends on your pin code. It takes maximum of 5-7 days for delivery of item at your doorstep. Irrational weather factors can further add to delivery time in rare cases.

Q. Is COD option available for my order?

A.  Cash on delivery option is currently not available.

Q.  Is there any shipping fee?

A.  Shipping fee of Rs. 100 is applicable that is added at the time of checkout. Free Delivery is applicable on orders above Rs. 500.

Q.  When is product shipped after I have received an order confirmation email?

A.  We ship all orders within 24-48 hours. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the courier details so you can track your order.

Q.  What if I am unable to receive my order?

A.  After two failed attempts at delivery, the package will be returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order. In case the order was prepaid, we will refund total value of items ordered subtracting shipping charges.

Q. Am i eligible for return?

A. 1.We Provide a 3 Day Return Window during which you can Return your order either entirely or partially.

     2.To be eligible for a Return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

     3. Eligibility here, does not mean Return/ refund confirmation. For further Return/Refund confirmation requirements, please read Return and Refund Policy of our store.

Q. How to place a refund request?

A.  To start a Refund , you can contact us at sugaryloop@gmail.com or Whatsapp /Call us at 6397838979(anytime between 10am-5pm from Monday-Saturday). If your Refund request is accepted, you will get a confirmation mail.

Q. Can I apply for Exchange of item?

A.  We don't offer exchanges.
