Return, Refund and exchange Policy

1. We provide a 3 Day Return Window during which you can Return your order either entirely or partially.

2. To be eligible for a Return , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Case (A) When order cancelation is done before shipping.

  • Full refund will be granted

Case (B) You somehow receive a defected or wrong product.

  • Entire order amount including shipping charges will be refunded back to your account with no deduction at our end. To claim the same, you must provide proof of defective/ wrong item received via submission of unboxing video of the said item.

Case (C) You receive a right product but are not satisfied with it and wish to return it.

  • Return shipping is to be arranged by you.  Sugaryloop will refund the amount(= cost price of products + tax) back to your bank account after the product is received back at our end.

3. To start a Refund, you can contact us at sugaryloop@gmail.com or Whatsapp /Call us at 6397838979(anytime between 10am-5pm from Monday-Saturday). If your Refund request is accepted, you will get a confirmation mail and you will get refund in your Bank account within 5-7 days.
